LOST HIGHWAY CAMPING CHECK IN

Camping is located across the street from the venue at cross streets of Glen Helen Rd/Glen Helen Parkway at LOT 9. Signs will direct you! Join the camping community and make new friends before you even enter the festival!

All campers must be 18 years of age or older with proof of government issued ID.

No more than 4 motorcycles or 1 vehicle - Maximum 6 people per camping space. Motorcycles must arrive together, No exceptions.

Camping spots are a first come first serve basis. You will not be able to save spots for friends arriving later. If you would like to camp next to your friends, Please arrive with them.

Please arrive with everything you need to set up your camping area - Tents, Chairs, Coolers, Flashlights, Batteries, and Bedding! You can not sleep in your car.

You can move into your camping spot during the following times:

  • Friday, July 22, 2016 between 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm
  • Saturday, July 23, 2016 between 8:00 am - 11:00 am

Please DO NOT show up a day early as there will be no staff to check you in. Any prohibited items that are confiscated at any time of entry or throughout the duration of the event will NOT be returned. Please don't bring prohibited items.

  • Quiet time will be enforced from 2AM to 8AM each night.
  • Upon arrival, each camper MUST have a ticket for Saturday's Show.
  • All Campers in the Tent camping MUST be 18 by July 22, 2016.
  • All Campers in the RV camping MUST be 21 by July 22, 2016.
  • Each camper must have his or her own camping wristband. This will give you access in and out of the campgrounds. Wristbands will be distributed at Check- In. The wristband is necessary to re-enter the campsite throughout the weekend. Attendees who do not have camping wristband will not be allowed into the campgrounds for any reason.
  • Upon arrival you will be directed to the next available camping area. Please try to use a minimal amount of space around you or your vehicle so that others can share the grounds.
  • Each and every vehicle will be searched upon check-in and arrival at the campsite. Most commonly confiscated items are glass beverage containers and pocket knives. DON’T BRING EITHER!
  • Friends you meet at LOST HIGHWAY will not be permitted to enter the campgrounds with you after the show unless they were part of the original party that arrived with you.
  • Restrooms and showers for men and women will be available in the campground
  • Portable toilets will be available within the campgrounds. Showers will also be available for campers. There will not be electrical outlets however. Please be prepared to charge your phones in your vehicles.
  • There will be emergency medical services available 24 hours a day. Please be sure to fimilarize yourself with these locations.
  • Propane Grills will be allowed into the campgrounds.
  • In the event of inclement weather, including lightning/rain; We would advise you to take shelter in your vehicles. If you are inside the venue during this time, please exit calmly to your campsite until the storm clearly and you have been notified of the resumption of the event.
  • Please take care of your valuables. Lost Highway, San Manuel Amphitheater and Live Nation are not responsible for any lost of stolen items.

CAMPING SUGGESTIONS - WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

  • You MUST have a concert ticket for SATURDAY'S show in order to camp.
  • A tent (you'd be surprised!)
  • Tennis balls or caps for stakes used in the ground
  • Ice chest
  • Sleeping bags/blankets
  • Chairs
  • Trash bags
  • LOTS of water!!
  • Cash for food, merch and drinks
  • Clothing for all temperatures - the nights can be chilly. The average weather this time of year can range from 75-85, but temperatures can drop down to the 60’s or even mid 50’s at night. Please come prepared for temperature fluctuations.
  • Lotion Sunscreen/sunblock. No SPRAY allowed.
  • Food and drink can be brought inside the campgrounds. We will also have some great food trucks and beverage stations
  • Headlamps, Flashlights, or battery powered lanterns.
  • Non-amplified (acoustic) musical instruments
  • Your happy, smiling face ready to have fun!
  • All campers must be packed and vacated from the campgrounds by 11:00 am, Sunday, July 24, 2016.

THE RULES

  • Each camper must have a festival and camping wristband.
  • Violation of any campground rule or policy may also lead to fines/and removal from campgrounds.
  • NO COLORS
  • Open campfires or fires/flames of any kind are not permitted.
  • Gas generators are not allowed (however, solar-powered generators are okay!)
  • Glass containers are not permitted in the campgrounds.
  • Weapons of any kind including knives are not permitted.
  • Unauthorized vending of food or merchandise, including alcohol, is prohibited.
  • There is a zero tolerance policy for drugs and drug paraphernalia
  • Each camper and their vehicle will be subject to search upon entry to the campsite.
  • Quiet time will be enforced from 2AM to 8AM each night.
  • Please obey all of the “No Trespassing” signs
  • Propane grills are allowed
  • Fireworks of any kind are not permitted.
  • Each patron must be 21 to drink within the camping area. If you enter the campground with beer or wine, your government issued ID will be checked to verify you are 21 years of age. The San Bernardino Sheriff Dept. will frequently enter the campgrounds and ID campers drinking alcohol at random. If you are underage, you run the risk of receiving a citation or even being arrested if you are illegally consuming an alcoholic beverage. Carry your government issued identification AT ALL TIMES.
  • Animals are not allowed in the campgrounds or within the festival. Please seek accommodations for your pets in a local kennel or with caretakers during your time at Lost Highways. You will not be permitted onto the campgrounds with a dog.
  • Please don’t turn your vehicle into a giant advertisement! Any vehicle with sponsorships or ads will be turned away at the entrance.
  • Any prohibited items that are confiscated at any time of entry or throughout the duration of the event will NOT be returned. Please don't bring prohibited items.

Campers are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other campers and event staff members. These are your neighbors for the next three days, so please do your best to respect each other.

All campers must abide by the LOST HIGHWAY CAMPERS CODE OF CONDUCT.

PROHIBITED CAMPGROUND ITEMS

  • NO COLORS
  • No glasses containers of any kind / Aerosol Cans
  • No knifes or weapons of any kind (including pepper spray)
  • No spiked accessories
  • No fireworks or explosives or ammunition of any kind
  • No Pets or animals allowed in the Campgrounds
  • No illegal contrabrand
  • No Skateboards or Bicycles
  • No fires or Open Flames at any time
  • No wrapped / sponsored vehicles. Your vehicle will be turned away at check in if you have Ads/ Marketing / Sponsors / Company Logos on it
  • No Branded / Logo'd Easy Ups or Tents Allowed.
  • No Tiki Torches
  • No Drones / Remote control aircrafts, Toys or Cars

DOES EVERY PERSON THAT ARRIVES IN THE CAR WITH ME ALSO HAVE TO HAVE A TICKET?

YES. Every single person that arrives in your car or RV must have a ticket to Saturdays Events. If you do not have an event ticket you will not be allowed into the campgrounds or festival area.

WILL I BE ABLE TO RESERVE A CAMPSITE NEXT TO MINE FOR FRIENDS ARRIVING LATER?

Camping is on a first come first serve basis. We advise you and your friends all come together so you all can park next to each other. We are unable to reserve campsites and there are no saving spaces, no exceptions. Arrive together, camp together.

IF YOU CONFISCATE SOMETHING, CAN I GET IT BACK AT THE END OF THE WEEKEND?

All prohibited items that are confiscated at any point – whether at entry or throughout the weekend – will NOT be returned. Please carefully read what you can bring into the campgrounds and leave prohibited items at home. If you have a question as the whether or not something is permitted, call venue at 909-880-6500. If you’re not absolutely sure, we’d advise you to leave it at home.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN OUR CARS/OVER-SIZED VANS?

No. Sleeping in cars or vans can be a serious health risk. We do not advise this for anyone!

MAY I BRING IN MY OWN PERSONAL GRILL OR COOKING APPLIANCE?

You MAY bring a propane grill. You may also bring a solar generator.

You MAY NOT bring a charcoal and nothing that runs off a gas generator.

IF I HAVE A CAMPING WRISTBAND, CAN I GO IN AND OUT OF THE FESTIVAL AREA AT ANY TIME?

As long as the festival is open you can go back and forth from the campgrounds and the festival area freely.

Please note, you are not able to move your car from the campgrounds though, there is no in an outs of vehicles from the campground area. Once your vehicle leaves the campground area it can not come back in.

ALCOHOL FAQ:

You must be 21 years of age to bring or consume beer or wine within the campgrounds. ID’s will be checked upon entry with alcohol and periodically.

HOW MUCH BEER AM I PERMITTED TO BRING INTO THE CAMPGROUNDS?

You are allowed to bring up to one case of canned beer per person or a reasonable equivalent and one box of wine or 1 plastic container of wine per person.

You can not bring liquor, glass bottles, or kegs – keep it simple.
ALL liquor, glass bottles and kegs will be confiscated at Check IN.

If security deems an excessive amount of alcohol is being brought into the campgrounds, they may refuse permit you to enter the grounds or confiscate the excess amount of alcohol.

SINCE LIQUOR IS NOT ALLOWED ONTO THE CAMPGROUNDS, ARE WE ALLOWED TO BRING WINE?

We can only allow box wine or wine in a plastic container into the campgrounds. 1 box per person.
All glass bottles will be confiscated.
